Quality policy

The company PRIRODA LIJEČI Ltd. is focused on continuous development and improvement of its services and products with the goal of achieving the permanent satisfaction of its clients as well as its employees who are one of the basic resources of the company.

We want to provide high quality services and products in the areas of retail sale of non-prescription medications and medical products, providing pharmaceutical-cosmetological counselling services and in the production of natural cosmetics for facial and body care and with the use of all our available resources (people, knowledge, experience, equipment) and to develop long-term relationships with our clients.

With the quality of our services and products as well as the good knowledge of our clients’ requirements, we want to secure and increase their satisfaction as the main precondition for their and our business stability, progress and development.
We want to continuously improve all aspects of our business operations by implementing the quality management process, an inspiring work environment and teamwork along with securing an open communication with our employees, clients, partners and suppliers.
Continuous improvement of our internal processes and the quality of our products and services together with the continuous improvement and development are the basis on which we are building our future. 
The achievement of objectives stipulated by this policy is a permanent task of all employees.
