Weakened capillaries

Lately I noticed some broken capillaries on my face and legs and my face seems reddish. What do I do?
If you have problems with fragile capillaries, you should take, besides vitamin C and E, vitamin P. WHAT IS VITAMIN P? The name vitamin P is used for the herbal protective substances called bioflavonoids. We find most bioflavonoids in blueberry, rosehip, lemon, orange, apple, grapes, tomato, red beet, cabbage, cauliflower, carrot and red wine. HOW DO BIOFLAVONOIDS WORK? They are strong antioxidants that prevent the occurrence of free radicals, the substances that are considered to cause premature aging. Flavonoids are beneficial for the cardiovascular system and help improve the immune system. They work in synergy with vitamin C - increase its absorption and contents in the cells and help in preserving collagen, increasing capillary and vein elasticity. They are used for treatment of fragile capillaries, bleeding gums, varicose veins, hemorrhoids, bruises, thrombosis.. HOW MANY BIOFLAVONOIDS (VITAMIN P) ARE REQUIRED? Bioflavonoids must be present in the preparations in a quanity not less than 50% of the quantity of vitamin C. FACE CARE Nikel Sensivital cream for strengthening of capillary walls, combined with the Nikel Capillary Strengthening Oil. First apply a few drops of oil, then apply your cream. FOOT CARE Nikel Gel for vein and capillary protection with wild chestnut extract and Nikel Circulation Oil with rosemary.
