Beauty and health for your skin and hair don't always require expensive treatments and hours spent in beauty salons. Sometimes, it's just about the time you dedicate to yourself. Plus, the ingredients for home beauty treatments are often readily available in your kitchen or bathroom.

1. Conditioning Treatment for Dry Hair:

In winter, hair tends to become dry and dull. For such hair, a warm oil treatment before shampooing works wonders. One of the best remedies for parched, lifeless hair, often seen after coloring treatments or due to stress, is a coconut butter hair mask. Massage a few tablespoons of coconut butter into your hair and wrap it with a warm, damp towel. The warmth helps the oil penetrate the hair shaft. After half an hour, wash your hair. Your hair will become exceptionally soft and shiny after this treatment.

2. Hand Care Bath:

In 200 ml of warm water, add 2 tablespoons of chamomile tincture. Soak your hands in this bath for 5-10 minutes, pat them dry gently with a soft tissue, then apply NiKEL Hand cream with Panthenol. Before applying the hand cream, add a few drops of NiKEL Vitamin E. This treatment will soothe cracked hands and the skin around the nails.

3. Exfoliation for Dry Elbows:

If you're troubled by dry and rough skin on your elbows, soak them daily for about 10 minutes in lukewarm chamomile tea. Then, vigorously rub them with a rough towel and massage the juice of half a lemon into them. Once it dries, apply a teaspoon of olive oil. After just a week, the skin on your elbows will become soft and velvety. Continue to nurture them with NiKEL Regenerative Heel and Foot Balm. Just as it's good for rough foot skin, softening it, it's also incredibly effective for dry elbows. It absorbs instantly, deeply moisturizes, and regenerates the skin. It works to remove dead skin cells, suitable for sensitive skin, and for diabetic skin care.

4. Eye Strain Compresses:

As we spend more time in front of computers or various screens, eye strain is increasingly common. To remove under-eye bags caused by fatigue, apply compresses of gauze soaked in lukewarm linden tea in the evenings. Apply the compresses daily and keep them on for 10-15 minutes. For relaxed muscles and crow's feet, compresses soaked in NiKEL Rose Tonic are excellent. Under the compresses, on the area under the eyes where crow's feet appear, apply 3 drops of NiKEL Eye Contour Oil or avocado oil to which you've added 2 drops of vitamin E. After each of these treatments, apply one of the NiKEL products for eye care.
